SHIPPING DETAILS.
Canadian orders have a tracking number for $15.95 everywhere in Canada via Expedited Canada Post.
All USA orders are sent with tracking number for $10.95 via Canada Post.
For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please allow between 3 to 6 weeks from date of shipping. Please take note that Papillon9 cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by loss of time of the customs clearing procedures of your country.
For the North American continent, allow between 7 to 10 days from date of shipping. Most of the products from Papillon9 are handmade to order and can take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete depending of the complexity of the work and quantity of orders I received.
WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER PLEASE make sure that your address registered is correct. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE that all shipments DO NOT include your country’s custom and duties taxes, importation or brokerage fees which are at the buyer’s expense.
Almost all the products in my store are made to order and handmade please be patient! It takes around 2-3 weeks to complete the item at the highest standards.
