It is said that all the teaching of the Buddha are contained in this mantra: Om Mani Padme Hum. Supposedly, contained in this verse is the truth of the nature of suffering and how to remove its root cause. Interestingly, each of the 6 syllables has certain Sanskrit meanings that are important.
These oppose certain internal forces that cause suffering.
Om (ohm)- Om is the sound or βvibrationβ of the universe. This sound is the most important of all; but in the context of chanting and mantras, it is meant destroy attachments to ego and establish generosity.

GLOW DURATION according to color:
GREEN: Β± 12 hours (brightest in the first hour)
DEEP BLUE: Β± 6 hours (brightest in the first hour)
ORANGE: Β± 20 to 30 minutes (brightest in the first 10 minutes)
PURPLE: Β± 30 minutes (can only be recharged under the sun or a black-light)
WHITE: Β± 5 hours (brightest in the first hour)
RED: Β± 15 minutes
PINK: Β± 30 minutes
YELLOW GREEN: Β± 10 minutes but it is the brightest and so impressive, after a few seconds it turn green.Β Can be charged under any ambient light in a few seconds (light orange on daylight)
